Our story

Hey! Thanks for dropping by. We are Katie and Cat, a Husband and Wife Duo based in a little old town in the South West of WA, its our paradise and its where we raise our two daughters Goldie and Daphne.

The Idea of Pops has been in the pipeline for years, taking it back to 2019. In the years since we had to shelve the idea… you know, to have some babies and all. And in 2023 we came across this brilliant product…. Vegan, Dairy free, fresh local ingredients, small batch, hand made! say no more… we were hooked! We had the rare opportunity to take this incredible business on as our own, we see such huge potential and cant wait to bring it to shores all across Australia in the summers to come.

We supply our Pops to all events, be it Weddings, Festivals, Corporate, Pool side, Boat cruises… even Open air Movies! Although we must admit, nothing beats one of out Pops at the Chrissy table!!

We also supply individual boxes to our clients homes and business as everyone deserves to have these in their freezer! We have participated in events like comedy festivals and arts centre Melbourne festivals. Some of our suppliers/supporters stocking our Pops include theatres, cinemas, restaurants and clubs, bottle shops and pubs, bowling clubs, ice creameries and arts centres. The Pops are all about hospitality and entertaining and we’ve worked hard to maintain a great ABV content of alcohol with a class sorbet consistency.

This product isn’t some ice and spirit combo - Oh no, its much more. LA POPS is a welcome guest all all events big and small, we can pretty much guarantee you are going to LOVE them.
